I believe the cockpit and the committee room share fundamental principles. Both demand unwavering focus, meticulous preparation, and the ability to lead a team through complex, high-stakes situations. My experience in Model UN has been my simulator for leadership, teaching me to communicate with clarity, navigate diverse perspectives, and make decisive judgments under pressure.
As I transition into my professional pilot training, I carry these lessons with me. My goal is not just to be a pilot, but to be an aviation leader who embodies the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and crew resource management.
